Place photographs on this site are real places in Texas, and each file is used on one picture only. A landmark from another country is not asked to stand in. The light wash mixed into the file stays under a third, so the place can still be read. The home also uses drawn stills of the work. A bank screen beside a paper statement, a wall calendar with the tenth circled, a payday run ready to approve, receipts beside a sales-tax sheet, a short decision list, and a notebook of questions. Those stills were drawn for this site. They are not stock photographs. The home proof shows the cover of an account book, a photograph used once. Steven Palmieri's portrait is the practice photograph, and it appears once, on the page about who does the monthly work. The license, the author, and the page each file came from are listed in pictures/SOURCES.md. Drawn stills are listed there as original renders.

Privacy, terms, disclosures, and this credits page use a rose band of large type instead of a second crop of a photograph. The small mark beside a note is drawn in the page, three bars on a rose square, and it is not a photo.
