Bookkeeping Service Houston

Bookkeeping Service Houston What stays with you

We keep the books with Steven Palmieri, a Tax CFO. You still run the shop, you still approve payday, and you still decide.

The decisions that stay yours

A close does not move the business into our hands. You still price the work, you still hire, and you still decide what to buy. We show the month after the bank matches so those decisions sit on a number you can point at.

Payday stays with you. The hours are approved on your side, and we only post the journal into the month the hours belong to. We do not approve the hours. If a person was paid for a week that belongs in another month, we ask before the statements go out.

The records stay yours. We work from copies and from the bank. End the engagement and the copies we held come back to you with the month they belong to. The terms page says that in the ordinary way.

What we take off the list

The match, the questions, the tax set aside, and the statements are the part we take. Filing season uses those matched months as the source, rather than a fresh stack assembled in March. You do not have to rebuild the year in March from a folder.

A lender asking for a signed report gets a plain answer on the first call. When a contract wants that signature, we name a firm that can give it and we do not add it to this close. That boundary is not repeated as a sales line on this page.

A Texas note

Will and Michael Hogg are the people who planned River Oaks, and Texans still say that layout by their name. Every Texan knows the name. We sort a shop's deposits into the month they were earned, and the fame of the neighborhood does not pick the month.
