What if last month is unfinished

A return waits until the open months are actually closed. Drafting one from a printout would be drafting from a guess. When more than one month is open, the oldest one is the start, and the newer ones wait their turn. The note can name that oldest unfinished month, and we will say how far the catching up goes before anyone calls the year ready.

A messy year can still be started once the bank activity for the unfinished month is in the note. Tell us the latest month whose bank already agrees, and everything after it becomes a sequence, not a test you have to pass first.

Who runs payday

You do. The provider you already pay people through stays in place, and the journal from that run is what we post into the month. The hours, the approvals, and the payday itself stay with you. If the journal is late, the tenth waits on it.

Who prepares the return

The return we prepare uses only months the bank has already agreed with. Those agreed months are handed to Steven Palmieri, a Tax CFO and the Entrepreneur's CFO, so the return is not drafted from a folder that shows up in March. When a contract asks for a lender's signature, that job is outside this monthly rhythm, and the disclosures page holds the full boundary.

This page does not promise money back and it does not promise a smaller bill. Closed months are the only numbers the return is built on. The result is whatever those months support.

What you get is the books, payroll setup beside the close, statements you can read, and the return that follows those months. We do not lend, and we do not score your numbers on a public page. Your bank balance is not published here.
