Bookkeeping Service Houston

Bookkeeping Service Houston The shape, amounts left off

Steven Palmieri, a Tax CFO, shows the pieces of a closed month on this page and leaves every client's amounts off it.

What the shape is

The shape is a month, a bank match, tax set aside, a payday journal, and a short set of statements. Amounts are yours. They are not printed here. A picture of the shape is enough to know whether you are in the right conversation.

If a page on this site showed a real total, it would be someone else's number or an invented one. We do neither. The credits page names the photographs. It does not name a client's books.

The statements you would receive are readable at a glance and specific underneath. The glance is the cash, the profit after tax is removed, and the questions. The specific part is the match.

Leave amounts off

What a shape is not

A shape is not a promise that your month will look calm. Some months are messy and the statements should show the mess. Hiding it would make the tenth a performance.

A shape is also not a signed report. If you need the signature, the disclosures page is the honest door. This page stays on the monthly work. The amounts stay off this page so a stranger can see the work without seeing anyone else's books.

A Texas note

Every Texan can picture a downtown park at the end of a workday, lawn and towers and people cutting through. That downtown lawn is a pleasure every Texan can picture, including us. The shape we care about is the month those people were paid in, not the skyline behind them.
