Why the month matters
A tax choice made on a month that does not match the bank is a choice made on a guess. We want the year to date to be a set of closed months before anyone signs a form that changes how the profit is taxed.
We will say, in ordinary words, what the choice changes and what it does not change. We will not dress it up. If the honest answer is that the choice can wait, we say that too.
The deadline for a choice is a date on a calendar, and it is not the same date as the tenth. The tenth is the monthly rhythm. The choice is a year decision that uses those months as its facts.
What we will not invent
We do not print a savings figure on this page. A figure without your numbers would be a story. The conversation uses your closed months, not a sample.
