Bookkeeping Service HoustonWho does the monthly work
Steven Palmieri, a Tax CFO, keeps the books with us, sets payroll up, and prepares the return. You still decide. An opinion letter is a different request from a monthly close, and this page stays on the books.
The match to the bank, the questions, the tax set aside, the statements, and the return are the work. One practice does those. The return is drafted by the same practice that already matched the bank, so those months do not change hands when the year is filed. There is no handoff to someone you have not already been talking with.
The first screen names Steven Palmieri as the Tax CFO, and this page names the same person. The Entrepreneur's CFO is that same person. Calling the number in the footer is how you reach that practice.
Approving hours, pricing the jobs, and hiring stay with you. Those are the business. The books describe them after they happen. They do not replace them.
A contract that wants a signature gets a plain answer on the first call, plus a pointer to a firm that can sign. We do not quietly absorb that request. The full wording of that boundary lives on the disclosures page, and this page only points at it.
You can finish this page and still be a reader only. The note at the bottom asks who would do the month.
A Texas note
The visitor door next to Johnson Space Center is run by its own group, separate from NASA. Every Texan can tell that door from the working campus. We can share that distinction. We also keep the books separate from a signature we do not give.
